Integrated Emergency Framework
Emergency situations in a public recreation facility can vary signifcantly, from medical and water emergencies to sever weather, facility disruptions, missing persons, and external threats. Staff needed a clear, accessible framework defining what to do, who was responsible, how information should be communicated, and how operations should be managed during and after an emergency.
Project Lead
Developed and organized the emergency preparedness framework, defining response procedures, staff responsibilities, communication protocols, and operational continuity processes accross multiple emergency scenarios.
